Home Safety Assessment

Our Home Safety Assessment is a thorough, RN-conducted review of the home environment focused on fall prevention and everyday safety. We walk through each room together, observing mobility and navigation of the space.

We identify home environment safety concerns - tripping hazards, poor lighting, cluttered pathways, unstable rugs - and provide clear home modification recommendations families can realistically implement. We also consider medication side effects, bathroom access, and safe use of assistive devices. The result is a practical, prioritized home safety evaluation that turns the home into a safer living environment, supporting independence while reducing the risk of avoidable injuries.
